Chuckles - Re: "What is your estimate for Intel ASPs this quarter? Do you think it will sink below $180 for the quarter? 170?"

$205.

Intel's ASPs on existing products have been near-steady for the past month or two - and I'm getting the impression that the Coppermine sales are nearly all INCREMENTAL SALES - ADDITIVE - and not replacing Pentium IIIs nor Celerons..

With their high ASPs. Coppermines may actually pull UP the ASP for Intel CPUs this quarter - as WELL as reducing their costs and INCREASING their MARGINS.

As dUMBEREBERERSERS says, Stay Tuned !
