Stockholders Meeting - Part II
** Jeff gave a very interesting presentation on the use of cutting edge communications technology. The system that will be employed by the PCCA/CYGS JV is really amazing. It ties everybody together ... front line doctor writing the prescription, PCCA pharmacist compounding the Rx, Lab telling the Pharmacist how to mix it all together ... really an interesting arrangement.
** Malcome was questioned about the when and where of the first scientific papers. The first one will be submitted within 60 days (publication at the whim of the various publishers). It will deal with the use of the vector in a lung related application {see next comments} and will be followed quickly with a paper dealing with the vector and liver cells.
** This question was asked very candidly, "Everything sounds wonderful, but does the vector really work and has it been proven in even one actual test?" The answer is, "Yes it works and it has been proven in tests with lung and liver cells." The efficiency rate has climbed to 40% and is improving. (Personally, I'd be thrilled with a 10 -15% rate at this stage.}
Hoggers opinion: There is still a lot of hard work ahead before we begin to really realize a strong return from our investments. All of the negative crap that has been posted in the past is just that ... negative crap. The company is real, the product is real and the potential is real. I sat next to a man who has a net worth that is probably a million times that of any of the silly little side saddle vigilante smucks that have used their devious devices of deceit to malign the company and the management. He (and his team of investment researchers) are very happy with their seven digit investment. I'll follow him rather than the critics who worry about the cost of a new yacht or airplane.
One of the investors brought up the bashing that has taken place on the threads. It was the decision of cygs management that there is not enough credibility still attached to any of them to warrant action by the company. However, that could change in the future if there is another campaign such as in the past. For now, they are just not worth the effort.
I don't know what the immediate and mid term futures will bring, but I still believe that in the longer scenario, cygs will become afar more valuable asset. We have long since decided to sit on our holdings and to add a little here and there as we can. Today's meeting just confirmed that in our minds.
I'm no going to recommend anything to anyone about buying, selling or holding cygs stock. As the company says, if you can't understand the PR's, you probably should not be in this stock - unless you have someone who can explain it.
