Again, that does depend on your strategy, your cash flow, and your belief level on when CS will be bought out. If you sell the longer out of the money puts and use the funds to buy calls and the stock goes up but no buyout, you could always buy back your puts (cover) and free up your working capital.

Options opens up a whole new can of worms and GREATLY increase risk.
