This is the problem I have with the fellow you posted... I hope you read all of the post I put up to Monu.. 1. The fellow you posted starts off saying he has the Highest regard even as Paul Has said about the Law. Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 2. Then He teaches that Jesus had "some" conflicts with "the law" But he is talking about the laws of Men and God in some great soup together without distinction. Jesus had Every Problem with laws contrived of men. Jesus had NO PROBLEM with His Own Laws. 3. Your fellow did not make that distinction clear instead He then entered into a "fogginess" of Interpretation and applied it to both the laws of men and God together ( guilt by association ) Then he went into a big explanation about how Since Jesus Came the view of the Law has change... At that point He was now shifting to God's Law alone. ( sneaky or what ? ) He teaches that Jesus presented God's Law unchanged in the letter but radically changed in the Meaning and Spirit. He used the Condemned Law of Man to sort of Condemn God's law with it.. in the end what did He have.. By playing on the fact that their are those who "think" they are sinless and justified by their own works he shifts from an across the board accusation that anyone who still think God's Commands are actually commanding must be a " legalist" and calls the reader to a more spiritual and higher understanding of the spiritual realities of such things blah blah puke... When this "teacher" was finished he had managed to say: I highly respect the antiquated laws and ways of looking at them but have been called to higher level than these mere tools of what could not save anyways... He goes from TEN COMMANDMENTS of the Holy God to The Ten Suggestions for better living if not taken too seriously I'm not buying that kind of apostasy. It is because of that kind of iniquity that the Wrath of God is coming upon men. That is the work of the Devil. If you use a service then they become your servant ! Obeying Christians for 100's of years have heard GOD COMMAND that they give their Maid servants and Man Servants the day off! Command Command Command Command Jesus is King of King and Lord of Lords but what do most so-called Christians say when the Ten Commandments are mentioned? Luke 19:14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. This is not new..... How could anyone ever justify going to a restaurant.. by saying "Oh no that's alright because I figured out that Brian Valentine is really a Sabbath Breaker too so now am I free?" Try telling that to the Judge of all the earth!
