This is a long-distance guess, but after you put me on to it
I read the Utopia specs and it's configuration seemed
reasonably straightforward. Here are some questions:

When you say "IP Address Automatic" do you mean you configured
DHCP in the Netopia? If so, perhaps you didn't specify
enough addresses in the DHCP range for all your PCs. Perhaps
you chose addresses that actually conflict with somethin.
Perhaps etc, etc. I'm shooting blind.

I assume DSN Disable means DNS disable? If so, how can your
PCs resolve URLs? Don't you get DNS addresses from your
cable provider? I guess the Netopia will set up DNS addresses,
but I've not configured that service in my router, so I don't
know much about it.

Are you using reserved addresses (in the range 192.168.x.x??)?
I set up static addresses so I wouldn't have to fool with
DHCP. But maybe I'm guessing wrong about your setup, so
I'm going to quit and go to bed <g>.
