jjs64, I have followed UPGD closely for over one year from when it was a struggling penny stock. Whether you wish to believe me or not, Upgrade's Ultracard storage technology appears to be a winner.

And I do know for sure that your "buddy" Isaac has nothing whatsoever to do with the company. Upgrade has obviously caught his attention because one of his favorite companies is alleging breakthroughs in data storage. The major difference is that Upgrade is very well funded and its technology is much further developed. Also the Ultracard has read/write capability which so far has eluded Isaac's underfunded company.

I was actually disappointed to see your "buddy" posting to this thread because his presence on any thread is a red flag to posters like you and Auric Goldfinger. As an early supporter of the S.I. "scambusters" (ask janice) I too dislike pump and dumps. Based on the Ultracard technology, Upgrade has a good chance of making that leap from speculative to accepted. By early in the new year I have been told that UPGD will be fully reporting and will then be making an application for a NASDAQ small cap listing. I take this as a positive sign because the company doesn't have to become fully reporting until June.

best wishes

etc.
