I also put a GTC sell order in at $25/share which should lock up my CVIA shares. It is my understanding that shares that have a sell order in can not be borrowed. I hope that this protects my shares. I will watch CVIA's price to make sure that they are not sold. If the price gets close, I will move up my strike price. I do not want a new management for CVIA.
