For what it's worth, ISON's latest SEC filing says the
200 Kg of Si-28 is worth $400,000 or $2,000 / Kg. I tend
to agree with you, it is the incremental cost of the Silicon
per device that is important, not the raw cost of the material,
provided enough benefit (ie higher speed or yield) can be
shown. The current competitive climate between AMD and
Intel at the high end of the microprocessor market may
provide some initial opportunities for Si-28 to be used.
