Jill: Palm has a huge headstart. And a raft of add on applications from a diverse group of suppliers. Phone.com is the intelligence behind WAP with its browser, etc. Symbian (using Psion) is the full operating system in small space. We in the US know least about Symbian which is the most elegant of the small new brains for handheld wireless. No way of knowing how all this will turn out in the short run or the long, but suggest keeping an eye on all three and DD too. Cha2
