To err is human. To really screw things up requires the phone company. The first chance I can buy phone service from my ISP (Times-Warner), out goes the telephone. Telcos are so dumb they could not see an opportunity if it kicked them in the teeth. I remember trying to sell a bunch of AT&T AVP's in the early 70's about Unix. They didn't even know they owned it. I told them about ARPANET. They were not interested. After all, they had Teletypes on-line. What more could anyone want? Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. EOM.
