Jeff, that insider trading was reported in the Wall Street Journal,
with commentary, earlier this week. The WSJ said 5 insiders sold
almost one million shares total. That was Monday or Tuesday when
that appeared in Section C of the Journal. Also GIC had a good bit
of insider selling which was reported and commented on. Bob Gabelli
was the one doing the commenting. He said it indicated profits were
going to be lower in these stocks in 2000, which is clearly wrong
in CCURs case.

So I think it has already hit the stock. I would be very surprised
to see any reaction today.

What we are seeing here, in my opinion, is evidence that the MM's
(actually their big customers are who I am referring to here) sold
above 18 and now they are trying to reload. It has been obvious
for about 3 days now that they were going to take the stock lower.
They will shake the stock out good, reload their inventories, and
then move the stock above 20, especially if we get the analyst that
Sam was talking about.
