Anthony, how are you??....did I attend law school?? heck NO, I'm a graduate from Motley Fool University...(hint: read my profiles if u havn't)... besides I notice that you improve your profile (can u be my counselor?)...are we speculators/traders? Is this to imply that I might be right when I said earlier that you are a "trader" not an investors on GIFS stock and capitalize the situations by buying at a cheaper prices recently and hiding the factual information until u can lock in your profit? I have a feeling that you bought more shares at this latest run down, maybe you use the profit from a profit from GIFS (confusing? me too)...If that was me, I will..why not? because earnings are coming out, CRIC's sales closing soon..what can I ask more? One thing I agree about you is GIFS's management should had disclosed the CEO's past on the SEC filing and I guess they did not... but with the lawsuit? Naw, I won't worry about...because by the time its settled, I will be long gone.. (with my profit of course)...hey you can't blame me, my motto is "Never treat your money as an investment, treat it as a business"....
