" But the fact that she possessed a brilliant intellect is
beyond debate."

James, beyond debate? For the spiritually dead and the intellectual
eunuchs, perhaps! I read Rand in my late adolesent years and briefly revisited
her in my late twenties, thirties etc... In my adolesence, she struck a chord
in a deformed intellect and a dead heart. Thereafter, the poverty of her intellect, the
poverty of her spirit and poverty of her philosophy become increasingly evident.
The essence of Rand is the cry of the spiritually dead for relevancy.

In contrast to this intelletual poverty and spiritual death, read
the Words of Jesus. Jesus gives you Words of life, forgiveness of sins
and reconcialiation to God your creator. The Words of Jesus burn more brightely
and more relevantly with age.

The darkness from Rand's words
had a vague flicker in the 50's and 60's and have since attracted mostly intellectual
cripples, government bureaucrats and the perpetual academic adolescent.
The poeverty that exalts Rand is an eternal poverty.
