I don't know about this - it seems to me that the service mark IndiaWorld would be very valuable (ie, cannot market any internet services using the mark because it would be confusing to consumers) - the more I look into this, the more it looks like they didn't do their homework and that really concerns me. Further, the guy who started the site seems shaky from what I've read.
