Regarding..."Why continue to focus on the buggy whip manufacturing plant when the horseless carriage has just been invented?" 1. Because a good % of folks will not have made the switch for 5 years. 2. the competition is doing it (alta vista,At Home, Yahoo) It does not need be something they are concentrating on....just part of the overall plan and perhaps PA can do most of the paying...perhaps just some kind of joint venture of some type with one of the free isps....and if nothing else you could advertise your new horseless carriage to them right on their buggy...
