I have a great deal of sour feelings towards LVCI.

I bought it some time ago at around 16 7/8 because at the time,
the stock looked good, and the industry interested me. Soon after
I bought it, I watched the stock price deteriorate. 16..15 1/2..14..
13 1/2...etc. I finally dumped it at 12 1/2...after loosing about
25% of my investment. From time to time, I've looked at it again
and watched in continue to sink in price... 12...11...10...9...
down down down until its current resting place of about 6$/shr.

You CANNOT win with this stock. Know why? Because you have NO
control over what that company does in the marketplace to DEVALUE
your shares.

Shortly after I bought the stock...warrants apparently came due
and people converted to shares..which created more shares thus
depressing the price...and the stock dropped proportionately to
about the 12 1/2 range...where I got out.

I later read that Laser Vision Centers was going to create more
shares to raise more money..and guess what..the stock prices
dropped further to compensate.

Look at the history of a company creating more shares to raise money.
Small companies do this more often than big companies.

Every time they do this..expect dilution of your chares with a
further drop in your equity.
