Hi Art I have been trying to get in on those fabulous tech/cyber IPO's ,but there is a lot of "favoritism" going on, my broker suggest to send in an open order. Yeah..I am not that crazy! Like your broker telling you he was able to buy at the day's high of $ 300.- a share, while the launchprice was $ 30! Looks like there is a whole other crazy stock market in the sky,just for the big boys making other fortunes overnight. My lucky strike this year was NBIX,which was simmering around $ 5 for many months and took of early December. I also had a dog (Svin) a vineyard in Calif, because of bad weather. But they gave a wine dividend, so I may be down, but after drinking their wine, you do not care! Have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy and profitable 2000! And that goes for all the old UMSI friends. care so much!
