producers trading at cheapest levels since 1992. Target price is
$29.97 for an 85.9% return.

- SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (SNC/ TSE) Favourable highway 407
lease worth an incremental $8 to $12 a share. Target price of $20
for a 85.3% return

And Scotia's pans:

- Newbridge Networks Corp. (NNC/TSE) Needs to put itself up
for sale, but prospects for such an event occurring are low in near to
mid term. Rating is "hold" with a $35 target price.

- Microcell Telecommunications Inc. (MTIb/TSE) Operating
performance weaker than peers. Rating is "reduce" with $32 target
price.

- Dylex Ltd. (DLX/TSE) Potential negative earnings surprises

- Acetex Corp. (ATX/TSE) Acetic acid margins will remain
