That is because there is no flip policy. Do you really think that they would go through each account and decide who might get allocated according to what particular issue they flipped? No way. If they ever decide to enforce the rule, it will be that you are in jail until the 30 days is up, and if they have an issue that they have too many shares then there might be a chance that you can get them during this time frame. Until they decide to do this, there is no flip policy enforced at this time - IMO!!
