Awhile back you posted one close to that, but I think it was:

V<.3*Mov(V,180,S) AND C>Mov(C,89,T)

I understand the one quoted above, but can you explain the idea behind this one. I played with it for awhile, but caught alot of stocks high on low volume. Is the idea their climbing and going to gain momentum? I just missed it.

I do like volume as a leading indicator. When volume dries up, the stocks seem to be at the beginning of a run or just finishing one.
