Discovering Options & Commodities; Fully Reporting Requirements for OTC Companies

Hollywood, CA-Emerging Company Report, the nationally syndicated television program
which profiles emerging-growth companies (http://www.emergingcompany.com),
features interviews this week with Magnum Financial Group, LLC and Tiger
Financial Group, LLC.

CEO Doug Mears spoke of Tiger Financial Group's commodities, futures and options
trading services. “Many people who are not currently trading commodities have little
knowledge of the industry,” he said. “Our firm is dedicated to service and education.
During the television program, he demonstrated a hypothetical example of what scenarios
might occur if an investor was buying a call option on the price of gold. The company
features a comprehensive Internet site at tigerfinancial.net.

Magnum Financial Group is an investor relations firm serving the small and micro-cap
company market. President Mike Manahan explained the recent SEC ruling to require all
companies trading on the OTC-BB to become full-reporting companies or face removal
from being listed on the OTC-BB. “While it is a good thing that the Commission has
required all companies fully report their financials and business activities, the tremendous
costs associated with becoming fully reporting has caused some smaller companies to
decide to delay their necessary filings,” he said. Magnum can be visited on the Internet at
magnumfinancial.com.
