as of 6:22 am EST this morning I am looking at all three scsi devices being shown in my Explorer:))) My SCSI BIOS is enabled AND installed, everything was recognized with no error messages!!!

You'll never guess what the problem was.

You are right. I never thought of that possibility. Who ever designed your SCSI devices did a good job as nothing was destroyed by plugging the connector in upside down.
