Bob: Reasonable logic, considering NN has a number of options such as: -- spin off the affiliates in a series of IPO's -- keep the affiliates but describe (in outline) their activities and the products they are going to bring onstream and when -- merge with a SUPERHOT optical company on a friendly share exchange basis taking advantage of the present insane valuations such companies have -- create the cutting edge Wireless to ATM to Optical solution that actually works (and soon) -- makes TM insanely rich, the staff happy, and shareholders radiantly joyous ongoing Short summary: If played intelligently by NN, much more upside than downside!
