CFO of SUF said in last teleconference that SUF can't buy back their shares before a significant announcement. As the Messina announcement is pending, and they currently have information the rest of us don't (Messina feasibility), I imagine they would be charged with illegal insider trading if they bought shares now. I figured the FM buying is Crudestope, and all the island people(ggggg).
