At this point, the shareholders simply have to hope that the Rabins(es), Schneider and Kaplan and the NewKidCo Board of Directors [objectively] acknowledge whom should be [immediately] chartered [for the long-term] to maximize NKC(IF) shareholder value...to put this into perspective we are confident NKC(IF) would have been/be [re]listed NASDAQ [sooner] with a different management structure...unless NKC(IF)s future has been preordained e.g. a Mattel takeout already being in place?, which [could] explain why nothing makes any sense viz a viz NKC(IF)s stock price [non]performance June 1999-present... We stand by our earlier post[1.] and will point out it is good to see what has transpired/formally disclosed pursuant to said post only days ago [1.] Message 12280591
