Golly...I wonder why the compact flash association would be demonstrating the IBM microdrive at the CES show? :)

and then there's Diamond Multimedia?...and Sanyo?...and embedded applications?

Oh well...guess I'll know soon enough :)

IBM will be displaying the microdrive, the world's smallest, lightest hard disk drive, at the upcoming 2000 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 6 - 9, 2000.
Come see the microdrive in action at the following partners' exhibits: Canon, Casio, Clarion, Diamond MultiMedia, Hitachi, Sanyo, TRG and CompactFlash Association.

The microdrive will be demonstrated in four application areas - entertainment, digital imaging, computing and embedded applications. Sales and media relations representatives will be available to answer your questions and discuss the viability of the microdrive for your solution.

IBM will be hosting meetings in room N230 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. To schedule a meeting with an IBM representative, please contact Sarah Jane Woodall at blmadmin@us.ibm.com

We look forward to seeing you at CES.
