mmw, RE: I am still waiting for LU 10-Q filing for last quarter. And you'll be waiting a very long time, because there won't be one. Last quarter was the end of LU's fiscal year, and thus they'll be filing a 10-K. This filing is due within 90 days of the fiscal year end, so you'll see one filed before the end of the year, unless for some strange reason LU has to postpone filing, in which case they would have to file an NT 10-K before the end of the year stating the reason for the delinquency. FYI, 10-Q filings for quarterly periods not at the end of the fiscal year are due 45 days from the end of the quarter.
