That's very generous-- First, and I don't quite know how
to phrase it, is the "merger stuff with E*Trade", the
inuendo and TBFC's official view--like what is TBFCs position if the deal does NOT go thru this year or early
into next ? (They have choice of calling it quits).

Q: What is the TBFC official view and outlook ?

That assumes it has not been discussed fully at meeting.
