Ted, Well the Chandler plant should come on line to hit the huge flash glut expected in 2002, but the Oregon one should make some extra cash for intel once it is operating if it has the right submicron equipment. If not the startup might take longer than anticipated and the Chandler plant my not get built if they asses flash to be in a glut mode when they expect it to be finished. It is hard to oook 2-3 years ahead, when others (korens0 are rushing flash fabs to production as we speak. Bill
