edollar, I flipped CDOT and got an allocation of Thestreet.com with a late timestamp. However, I also indicated I was a thestreet.com subscriber and put in my account number. Said my dad was too in his account that IOI 5 minutes before window closed and he got it. A friend of mine IOI within 2 minutes of opened window but not thestreet.com ID and he did not get shares.
