Paul,

To answer your question about the G and the H companies, a little background is in order. David Wideman and I are following three separate companies which are not related, but which were brought to our attention by an Investor Relations Firm.

The first is ZMAX which has a Year 2000 solution which we feel is second to none. That is what this thread is all about.

The G company is GEOASIA (GOAE : Nasdaq BB). In February of 1997 GEOASIA announced a letter of intent to acquire all of the shares of ORION 2000. This acquisition will allow GEOASIA to position itself to become a leading provider of international data exchange concentrating on electronic commerce. ORION 2000 has an impressive website at:
orion2000.com

The H company is STRATFORD ACQUISITIONS (HARD : NASDAQ BB) This name I believe will soon be changed to NOVACRETE TECHNOLOGY, INC. NOVACRETE has a mineral based proprietary additive for cements which give these cements astonishing performance characteristics in the areas of strength, durability, bonding and hardness. Novacrete contians none of the chemicals found in the competition's polymer-based products and therefore is environmentally friendly. NOVACRETE has been independently tested to outperform the best competitive products at LESS COST. Webpage (not updated but informative) is:
digitized.com

All three of these companies have first rate management, and a great story which is completely unknown in the marketplace. I feel that ZMAX, with the success of it's recent pilot programs and it's soon to be announced contracts will move first. Each company, however, has a tremendous earnings potential over the long term and woud make an excellent holding in any portfolio.

If you would like more information please email me at <g-weber@xnet.com> and I will give you the # of the Investor Relations Firm that can send you more information.

Regards,
Gary
