Price doesn't have anything to do with blue-sky acceptance (you may be thinking of Nasdaq small-cap minimum listing requirements). To get blue-skied, you must be fully reporting and have your financial reports approved by S&P for S&P listing (which automatically brings blue-sky acceptance in 35 states). Gator
