While I would agree about the intense competition ie., "razor thin margins" and all, it gets back to the Business Model. In a more comprehensive solution (which is where I believe ASDS to have the edge on PFSW) the clients margin widens, thereby providing ample revenue stream for ASDS on all fronts. Think of a business model as an algorythm. While the number and variation are limitless, only a few prove to be truly revolutionary.
