Once again the mission for the Space Shuttle Discovery has been delayed another 24 hours. This time mission managers want to investigate welds on the shuttle's fuel line that carry propellant to its three main engines. Engineers are concerned subcontractor Arrowhead Products may have used the wrong welding materials, when the lines were built. The problem is expected to be solved in time for tonight's lift off. The mission to repair the Hubble Space Telescope has only two launch tries remaining... today and Saturday... before being postponed until at least January 13th to avoid potential Y2K problems.

I thought they said there was No Y2K problem!
