Yes, that's true. Of course, it was true yesterday too. The day before yesterday PRIA traded down to 44 on three times normal volume, over 1 million shares. Today it's up 8 to 57 on even stronger volume. Clearly, something is up behind the scenes.

There's speculation on Yahoo it's related to Intel's announced $800 million investment in the old DEC plant in Hudson, Mass, used for StrongARM chips. But I didn't see any details about either the work or the suppliers.
