Big Valley private placement Big Valley Resources Inc BV Shares issued 21,359,310 Dec 16 close $0.26 Fri 17 Dec 99 News Release Mr. Lloyd Tattersall reports Big Valley Resources has arranged a private placement totalling 333,500 units of the company's securities at 30 cents per unit for total proceeds of $100,050. Each unit will comprise one share and a two-year share purchase warrant, exercisable at a price of 40 cents per share. No commission is payable in respect of this private placement. Proceeds of the placement, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, will be used for general working capital. The shares and any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the warrants will be subject to a one-year hold period. The company has received the proceeds of the private placement.
