I agree with your assessment, but don't believe that the
management team (or board) have what it takes to fix it.

A bit of Internet management style and sense of time-criticality
might be just what this company needs.

I will tell you that TNFI has no web presence. Nice home page
with a list of "where to buy", but they're certainly not leveraging the
the opportunities to their advantage.
