Jenna, EXAM - Express America Holdings Just Issued its second Key Reversal Up Buy Signal in over 2 years. Last signal was given during the first week of May 96. Stock made a 150% move after signal. Just noticed this signal as I was running some expert technical analysis tests on EXAM. ( Source - SuperCharts ) Rising Earnings, Lots of Insider Buying ( 29 within the last year ), Increases in Assets Under Mgt, Some top mutual fund buying(Vanguard, Dimensional and Pioneer) also are good signs.
