That looked like TA to me.

Got my wish and will be put a few hundred shares. And you get to keep your shares, too. I might hold until the MCI announcement. It will come, and it is not priced into the stock. How much longer can MCI NOT announce their service? For the sake of market share, they'll be announcing sooner rather than later. I am comfy holding PAIR at a cost of 14 (~w/commissions). The Alcatel angle is compelling, but I hope to high heaven the MCI announcement comes first.
