Hi Fudd:
I tend to call a spade a spade...If I expect a stock to go down, I establish a bearish strategy (i.e short stock, buy put, sell call). If I expect a stock to go up, I esatabish a bullish strategy (i.e. buy stock, buy call, SELL PUT).
If I expect a stock to remain stationary, I write calls and puts....but if I adopt this latter strategy in expectation of little stock movement, I don't spout off endlessly in a negative manner when I have adopted a neutral to bullish strategy!!!
Get it, Fudd...Your investment strategy of selling (writing) puts which is, albeit the least of the bullish type strategies, contradicts your blathering incessant negativity. If you were consistent in word and investment action, Fudd, you would write calls (i.e. not puts), buy puts, or short the stock...but you are not and seem to relish living your own little contradiction...
Hey Fudd...one side of the mouth only, pwease! |
