Janice...bought through Schwab in the US and they were also a little confused initially (love getting in on these things b4 the rest of the world and Schwab Global Services not knowing about it was a good sign!)...they also looked up the CUSIP number, but no problem after that...on the price issue, I chased SFTBF for weeks and tried to be strategic about limits, timing, etc and then just realized that 5-10 points would make little or no difference 5-10 yrs from now, and already true just 6 months later.
