Matson99,

I don't get your point. Any buyer of the fab wouldn't give a rats ass whether they take a restructuring charge or not. Also, remember the taking of a restructuring charge doesn't mean they stop using the fab. It means they have a formal plan to eventually shut it down and as a result of the w/o, the inefficiencies from the fab during the shut down period, will not adversely affect operations going forward.

Also, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that the company has told SNDV exactly what it is going to do. DO NOT be so naive to think that the major firms on wall street don't get better guidance than us us "little" investors!

As for today's trading, we can all thank SNDV for stopping the stock dead in it tracks today. SNDV was on the offer ALL day, moving just out of the way when the buying got heavy, so they wouldn't have to sell too much of the stock they have accumulated. They still have stock to buy for their clients who were not able to get stock before the coverage. This stock is not going to go up until SNDV is ready to let it go. When they do get out of the way, look out.
