Try PIFR has moved up since the company first traded public reached a high of $5 and pulled back to the 3 and a half range. News out in the beginning of the new year. Phase 2 drilling completed no announcements out on phase one (8 holes) or phase 2.
Not exactly your perfect criteria but real small float here. The balance very tightly held. Small floats should also weigh into your targets.
Take a look. PGM, base metal play. Another Voisey???
