To all,
Are shareholders of CIND and CHRB in any danger of seeing their holdings diluted down to practically nothing? Do you have a feel one way or another whether mgmt. is trying to maximize shareholder value, or whether is a concept they'd be familiar with?

When we're tossing around book value as a benchmark in valuing either company, is there any risks in that Chinese (or Hong Kong) accounting/reporting standards differ enough from U.S. standards to render such conclusions meaningless? Or are the companies required to reconcile such differences in their filings with the SEC?

I'm not trying to tear down these stocks, but rather gauge everybody's comfort level with recent developments.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
