Marc, Reverse Merger or reverse IPO - Privately held companies going public while buying a public shell - VIRT would probably only be a target for such due to the name, as they probably end up in pink sheets soon - the time passed since they were a filing entity could also mean that there will be a startover situation with initial filing, not sure about that though!.

Then again some seem to believe that the name alone is worth a lot.
