Why should MSFT sell at a discount to SUNW, AOL, etc?JFD

MSFT and SUNW had pretty similar PEs until the "finding of facts" Friday back in early November. Sunw price continued to rise, taking the PE with it, while MSFT drifted. AOL, what can you say about their valuation?

Actually, taking your question at face value, MSFT should get a higher valuation than AOL. If you look at just two things: intellectual property value and cost to get it, and market dominance, Microsoft has it all over AOL. Maybe it'll work itself out over time, as the Internut craze wears down and the internet infrastructure value gets more and more appreciated.
