Roy, basically if H&Q takes into account the increased revenues from the new OEMs (IBM, PB, Katz with the Pippin, Bandai with the Pippin in the U.S.) they have a sound basis to increase their estimates. Also, I think they will increase their estimates again after the next earnings come out in July.

My short term outlook, increasing stock price due to:
A. IBM news getting out 1. Online and professionals 2. Newspapers
3. Newsletters 4. Grapevine

B. Short covering: 1. retail shorts cannot stand to have their
position go against them (maargin calls too) 2. Professionals know
the NYC show is coming and most likely the Apple and/or Gateway
announcements

C. Public Announcement of H&Q upward revisions. JP Morgan buy may
also be coming soon.

D. Stock holders looking forward to earnings in July.

E. The negative ammunition has been spent by Barron's, WSJ, etc.
they can't just keep saying the same thing over and over, even
their readers will get a bit bored with that.

What am I doing with my stock and options? I may sell my options sometime between the 18th and the 21st of June, and I plan to hold my stock for a year or so.
