Take another look; This is the KEY short term rate in the USA. I've put some moving averages in-

The simplest of Technical Analysis is 200 day MA analysis. A rising 200 day MA is bullish. A cross of the 200dma is bullish. Short term interest rates are bullish, and have been since the turn up in the 200 dma this summer.

Fools can disreguard it, but it is not bullish 'going forward' for stocks or bonds, PERIOD.

It is bullish for commodities, land, and other hard assets. I am putting my savings in them. Party On... -g-
