I tend to get into a real rut in winter when I can't take my canoe out on the river... A couple of years ago, I borrowed a tape from the library called "African Healing Dance" (by Wyoma and the dancers and drummers of Damballa). I'm not an "exercise tape" person at all... but I got a real "WOW" out of this tape. Ended up buying a copy for myself. It's fun and it just feels great to put it on and dance around for half an hour when I'm alone in the house... I look forward to dancing with it so much that I procrastinate with doing everything else in the morning... (-:
