Another interesting tidbit from the 69 GHz release: >>The digital circuit was made using indium phosphide heterojunction bipolar transistors. Anyway, it looks like that they don't want to make, market and sell commercial product as much as they want to make money off other people who do. I guess we should watch the folks who use their foundries or license their tech. JF
